If you have paid an employment tribunal fee between 29 July 2013 to 26 July 2017, you can now apply for a refund. Applications can be made online or by downloading the applicable form and sending it by email or post to Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). If HMCTS agrees that a refund is due the amount will be transferred to the applicant’s bank account plus 0.5% interest.
